Always. There is no charge for the appointment itself, ever. The experience is complimentary whether you purchase or not. We have never charged for an edit and we never will.
"Will I feel pressured to buy something?"
No. Your autonomy is absolute. We would rather you leave empty-handed and return with confidence than leave uncertain. We have built a business on repeat clients. That does not happen through pressure.
"Where does the appointment happen?"
We discuss the setting when you book. Every appointment is private and entirely on your terms. We currently operate by private concierge in New York — meaning we arrange a setting that works for you.
"What if I don't find something I love?"
Then we say so honestly, and we do not ask you to settle. Not every appointment ends in a purchase. That is not a failure — it is us doing our job correctly. You will always be welcomed back.
