Whichever suits your day. A video call is the closest to sitting with us, from anywhere. A photo is the quickest: send it when it suits you and your three frames arrive within 24 hours. In person in New York is for trying frames on, with us beside you.

How long does the Edit take?

About twenty minutes by video, thirty to forty-five minutes in person, and longer whenever the conversation deserves it. By photo, your three frames arrive within 24 hours.

Where does it take place?

By video, wherever you are: the link arrives with your booking confirmation. In person, at your home or your office in New York, with the details shared when you book. By photo, from your phone, whenever it suits you.

What should I prepare?

For a video call, good daylight and your current glasses or prescription close at hand. For a photo, one picture of your face, straight on and in daylight, plus the three numbers printed inside the arm of your current glasses if you wear them. In person, simply yourself: we bring the frames.

What happens to my photo?

It is seen only by us and used only for your Edit. We never share it, and we delete it within 30 days.

Can someone join me?

Yes. One guest is welcome, on the call or in person.

You receive your frames with the reason each one suits you. Order online whenever you are ready. Every pair comes with our 30-day fit promise.

Can I order prescription lenses through OPR?

Yes. Every OPR frame is prescription ready. We operate our own lab, where we fit any prescription lenses, optical or sun, even if your frame is not OPR's. Add your prescription when you order online, or share it during your Edit.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every frame ships fully insured with UPS to the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, with free returns within 30 days. Import VAT and duties are paid to the carrier on delivery.
